Die Europäische Union möge beschließen Waffenexporte in Länder außerhalb der Europäischen Union wesentlich stärker zu reglementieren, die Genehmigungspraxis transparent zu machen und die Menschenrechtslage in den Empfängerstaaten zu berücksichtigen.
