Technische Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung für Motorräder

Der Deutsche Bundestag möge beschließen, dass Motorräder mit der Zulassung zur Verwendung auf Straßen in Deutschland mit technischen Mitteln auf eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 120 km/h zu begrenzen sind. Diese Höchstgeschwindigkeit sollte mindestens für alle neu zugelassenen Fahrzeuge gelten.
