Considering that after moving the psychiatrist or citizen, he may never see his treating psychiatrist because he does not live in the area of the hospital where he works thereof;
Although psychiatry is not officially sectored, it remains moin that, in fact, there is still a segmentation that exists;
Whereas Articles 89 and 90 of the Access to Information Act does not invalidate a diagnosis from a physician without his consent;
Whereas Articles 89 and 90 of the Access to Information Act does not allow a new doctor or treating psychiatrist refute improper diagnosis;
Considering that a citizen can not obtain the consent of a health care professional who is not under the jurisdiction of the laws of Quebec (moved, retraite, died, etc.). The diagnosis can not be corrected by anotheer doctor or psychiatrist;
Whereas Articles 91 and 92 of the Access to Information Act does not give rights pleinent citizens to rectify an incorrect diagnosis;
We, the undersigned citizens of Canada, asking the Quebec National Assembly to demand the Quebec government to abolish the segmentation of psychiatry and to amend sections 89 and 90.
