Everyone signing this petition admits Philippe Pierre-Adolphe, label manager of Le son du Maquis whom the office is located at 27 rue de Maubeuge 75009 Paris, did one or several misdemeanours regarding the release of its album, namely: - didn't pay in part or entirely royalties (hardcopy or digital) of its album, or music used for an ad, .. - didn't pay in part or entirely sales of sub distribution - didn't pay the mechanical rights of its album (manufacturers company: OK Media or Duplico2000) - didn't pay in part or entirely internships, freelance job, fixed-term contract, open-ended contract, all of which were employed without a contract - didn't pay in part or entirely grants from SCPP - didn't let know the band he applied for grant to SCPP and got money for the production of the album and video music - didn't pay in part or entirely the fee for gigs/tour - didn't pay VAT to french government - did continue to sell records and earn money even though the contract was broken or finished - did sell the albums to discounts shops (Futura Finances, ...) - did employ people illegally - did sell records in territories he didn't get the rights and so on...
