من أجل إنشاء مجلس أعلى للهندسة

الإخوة والأخوات المهندسين

لأن وطننا تونس في حاجة لعبقرية فكرنا الهندسي  

لأنه من واجبنا المشاركة في تطوير وطننا تونس

لأننا في حاجة لمواجهة كل القوى التي تعرقل أو تمنع تحالف المهندسين وتقمع طموحاتهم

نطلب من (رئيس الحكومة المؤقتة، ورئيس المجلس الوطني التأسيسي) ما يلي:

الموافقة على إنشاء مجلس أعلى للهندسة وانتخاب أعضائه من قبل كل مهندس متخرج وذلك في غضون سنة ابتداء من تاريخ المصادقة على القرار حيث توكل لهذا المجلس المهام الآتية:    

• التقييم والمصادقة على جميع المشاريع الوطنية  

• إصلاح برامج التعليم بالمدارس التحضيرية ومدارس الهندسة

• صياغة مدونة لقواعد السلوك للمهندسين

• التنسيق بين جميع الجمعيات الهندسية

Pour La création d’un Conseil Suprême d’Ingénierie

Confrères et consœurs Ingénieurs

Parce que notre Tunisie a besoin de notre génie

Parce que nous devons prendre part dans le développement de notre Tunisie

Parce que nous devons faire face à toute force qui freine ou s’oppose à la coalition des ingénieurs et oppriment leurs ambitions

Nous demandons au (Chef du Gouvernement provisoire, au Président de l’Assemblée Nationale Constitutive) ce qui suit :

La création du Conseil Suprême d’Ingénierie et l’élection de ses membres par tout ingénieur ayant obtenu son diplôme dans un délai  d’un an qui aura pour mission :

·         L’évaluation et la validation de tous les projets de l’Etat.

·         La réforme des programmes d’enseignement des écoles préparatoires et des écoles d’ingénieurs.

·         La  mise en place d’un code de déontologie de l’ingénieur

·         La coordination entre toutes les associations d’ingénieurs

Brothers and sisters Engineers

Because our Tunisia needs our genius

Because we must take part in the development of our Tunisia

Because we need to overcome any force that slows or stop engineers coalition and oppress their ambitions

We ask the (Head of the Provisional Government, the President of the National Constituent Assembly) as follows:

The creation of the Supreme Council of Engineering and the election of its members, by every graduated engineer, within a year. This Council will be charged of:

• The evaluation and validation of all state projects.

• The reform of the preparatory schools and engineering schools education programs.

• The establishment of a Code of Ethics for Engineers

• Coordination between all engineering associations
