Allow repatriation of Flight MH17 victims and disarm Ukrainian separatists

To the civilized people all over the world it is clear that Ukranian separatists are most likely to blame for the crash of flight MH17. Even if they were not responsible they have no right to disallow others access to the crash site and prevent recovery of bodies and evidence.
The separatists do not represent a legal governemental body and can be considered a criminal organisation.
This motion asks for :
1) withdrawal of Ukranian separatists from crash site
2) removal of missile installations on Ukranian soil
3) full access to crash site to foreign investigators and organisations to remove victims
4) if need be foreign armed forces from countries having victims are allowed to help repatriate victims and if need be use force against anyone obstructing the research and repatriation
