Stop the European Court from handling a case that will be filed by pedofiles!!

PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION IF YOU ARE AGAINST THE FACT THAT PEDOFILES ARE FILING A CASE WITH THE EUROPEAN COURT OF  HUMAN RIGHTS!!!

FACTS ABOUT THIS CASE:

- On 18/4/2014 the Dutch Supreme Court banned an association called "Martijn". The Court decide to ban it becuase to association trivialises the dangers of sexual contact with (young) children, they glorify it, and they promote this glorification!

- The ex-chairman is convicted for posession of Child Pornography. He said: "I had 150.000 pictures and 7500 movies with Child Pornography in my possesion for research, not for my own pleasure"

- Accoring to the ex-chairman is it ridicilous that possesion of Child Pornography is illegal, because it is a victimless act. That children are victimised in the processes of making Child Pornography is totally irrelevant he says.

- On of the views from ex-association "Martijn" is that sexual contact between children (children of ALL ages) and adults should be legalized because (according to them) "Children are fully capable of deciding for themsleves if they want to have sexual contact with adults...even if they are 45 or 60 year old men".

The former members of "Martijn" and their lawyer are going to the European Court for Human Rights, their case will be filed in October. The reason for them going to the European Court..? They feel that their rights have been violated. The Dutch Costitution says that every person living in the Netherlands has a right to establish an association.......EXCEPT....if that association is harmfull for the society".  Which the Dutch Supreme Court decided it is...

If the European Court treats this case, how many cases will follow?? Not only from Holland, but other European countries....and also from the U.S., Australia, Canada, etc etc. One could state that the court will never rule in their favour.....well...stranger things have happened. Besides that...do we really wanne take the risk??

So please sign this petition to let the court know that we as a global society say NO to these kind of people and their harmfull ideas!!

Op 8 April 2014 heeft de Hoge Raad beslist dat stichting Martijn per direct ontboden en verboden word, de reden hiervoor is dat men vind dat stichting Martijn de gevaren van seksueel contact met kinderen (van alle leeftijden) ernstig ondermijnt. Sterker nog, ze verheerlijken dit contact en promoten hun visie.

Nu gaan de ex-leden samen met hun advocaat naar het Europees Hof voor de Rechten van De Mens, omdat ze vinden dat HUN rechten geschonden zijn. De Nederlandse Grondwet zegt namelijk dat "eenieder het recht op vereniging heeft"....BEHALVE "wanneer deze vereniging schadelijk kan zijn voor de maatschappij".

Het is toch te bizar voor woorden dat ze hiermee naar het Europese Hof gaan, de ex-voorzitter is notabene veroordeeld voor het bezit van kinderporno! Als deze zaak behandeld word, zou dat weleens de deuren kunnen openen voor tig van soortelijke zaken, niet alleen uit Nederland maar uit heel Europa en ver daarbuiten.

Men zou kunnen zeggen: "Het Europese Hof zal nooit in hun voordeel beslissen"....nou..er gebeuren wel vreemdere dingen. Los daarvan....willen we dat risico echt nemen??

Teken dus a.u.b. deze petitie om het Europese Hof te laten weten dat wij als maatschappij in binnen - en buitenland NEE zeggen tegen dit soort opvattingen!!

ENKELE FEITEN M.B.T. DEZE STICHTING:

- De voorzitter van de inmiddels opgeheven Stichting is veroordeeld voor het bezit van kinderporno. Hij had maar liefst 150.000 foto's en 7500 filmpjes in zijn bezit voor "onderzoek en niet voor zijn eigen plezier" zo claimt hij.

- Deze zelfde voorzitter vind het volledig absurd dat het bezit van kinderporno strafbaar is, het is immers een "slachtofferloze daad" volgens hem. Dat er slachtoffers vallen bij het maken van kinderporno doet volgens hem niet ter zake. Hij weet vervolgens ook nog te melden dat: "Politie en journalisten ook kinderporno bekijken en zij worden daar niet voor bestraft"

- Ze zien zichzelf als "slachtoffer" omdat "mensen zoals zij" nu wanhopig zijn, omdat seksueel contact met kinderen, net zoals kinderporno illegaal is. Ze pleiten voor hersenonderzoek om aan te tonen dat pedofilie een geaardheid is die vastligt in de hersenen

- Stichting Martijn vind dat seksueel contact tussen minderjarigen en volwassenen legaal moet worden gemaakt. Zij vinden dat kinderen (ongeacht hun leeftijd) prima in staat zijn om zelf te beslissen of ze al dan niet seksueel contact willen met een volwassene (ook al is dit een vieze oude kerel van 60).
