Niebawem garwolińskie Zarzecze zmieni swój wygląd. Wiadomo, że powstanie tam budynek usługowo-handlowy. Przypuszcza się, że będzie to sklep sieci Biedronka. Wielu mieszkańcom nie podoba się pomysł pojawienia się wśród zieleni terenów rekreacyjnych żółtego pawilonu sieciówki. Kierowców zastanawia wizja utworzenia przy „Kwadracie” ronda.
Jest to ,,korkotwór w centrum miasta,, które i tak jest mocno zakorkowane.
