Swoimi czynami stawia on interesy międzynarodowych korporacji ponad fundamentalnymi prawami zapewnionymi w Konstytucji jak wolność słowa oraz domniemanie niewinności podejmując decyzję o podpisaniu ACTA wbrew protestom setek tysięcy polaków.
