A Dismantle Request of Current Mandatory Vaccination Law

We the people of the United States of America petition our local and federal governments to ban the mandatory laws governing state mandatory vaccinations of our children. Our civil liberties as parents to govern the health and well being of our children have been violated and reform to this matter is demanded immediately.

The Center for Disease Control, Food and Drug Administration have down-played the serious effects of Mercury/Thimerosal based immunizations that have been injected into the bodies of newborns and infants across America. The epidemic of child illnesses, deaths and serious neurological impairments such as sensory depravation disorder, language delays and degrees of retardation and autism have grown in number despite the national attention, media and law that was enacted to eliminate these toxins. Despite the Weldon/Maloney Bill (Congressional Bill HR 4169) toxins remain in both child immunizations and adult vaccinations in America.

Our children are not covered under private medical insurance for the effects these toxins caused neurologically. Mandatory immunizations cause mandatory illnesses for some of our children. We as parents demand our liberties back to make such a decision as to whether we immunize or not, and our children should have protection to attend private or public schools without scrutiny over immunization records.
