He's a 23 year old guy who lives in newark, new jersey, but recently has been found to be a infamous stalker, theif, and liar. He has been on the campuses of RUtgers University multiple times and has been spotted stalking women from their dorm rooms all the to the Dana Library. He has mental issues and we are here today to seek the help he needs. Please take this and think about how you could be helping the lives of many men and women.
