To the Board of Directors of Merkos LInyonei Chinuch and Agudas Chassidei Chabad,



We are shocked and disheartened by the events of Thursday morning. The desecration surrounding the Even Hapina which the Rebbe put down beyodoi hakedosha has taken the levels of audacity and disregard of the Rebbes honor and mission to an intolerable level. The honor and respectability of Lubavitch has been challenged and trampled upon time after time and shows no sign of letting up.

We can no longer sit back and allow these despicable deeds to occur. It is imperative that we assert that committing these evil deeds will bring serious consequences with long-term repercussions. This message must be sent firmly and unequivocally to all of those responsible. We beseech you to implement every necessary measure to prosecute these unspeakable deeds to the fullest extent of Halacha and the law.
