Against corruption

I want to make a petition against corruptin in our country. I realise that a stage has come that without bribing the officers in this country we can not do anything and thus I see everywhere corruption and without corruption we cannot achieve anything. All the political leaders are expressing their views against corruption but in practical life one can realise without bribing nothing happens and person like me who fights against corruption is considered as a strang being in this earth. With all the feedbacks I received for the past twenty years, I myself consider to think that I am becoming a stage of not suit to this country.
