Albany noise ordinance

This petition is for a noise ordinance like the one the have in troy .
we want to crack down drivers blaring loud music from their vehicles and noise-enhanced motorcycle mufflers.
This would make it illegal to cars to blast stereos and motor cycles to have loud mufflers.
