The reason for this petition is to help make amendments to Meganвs law under the sexual registrant code, that it is a requirement that before the defendant leaves there place of incarceration that two months prior to them leaving they must register as a pc290 which is a registered sexual offender and that if they own a vehicle they must wear a neon green or neon yellow license plate. Any sex crime or violation committed while in civilian population will result in a double proper sentence to state prison! lets make California a better place for our kids so that they don't have to fear playing, or in fear of some one taking them away from there families. let show we care!
