We, all members of America Online and/or CompuServe, request an upgrade to the latest e-mail system. As AOL customers, we have seen our internet provider change becoming more like any other ineternet provider. Increasingly, we have found it easier to switch providers and have seen community members leave. The e-mail system has suffered the most severe degradation. We cannot customize it anymore: we cannot use font size 9, we cannot use custom colors, and we cannot create the unique mail that is signature to AOL. The height of Amereica Online was undoubtedly version 5.0. Even 3.0's e-mail system was more impressive than the current, unworkable version.
In future editions, we request fully customizable e-mail. Thank you.

please take this into consideration. although i do myself have 5.0, so many people are stubborn about downloading it or their computers dont allow it. it would mean the world to me if i could make my 'zine and have EVERYONE be able to see it the same way
