American Jewish organizations called on to say No to Plans for a "Palestinian State" in Eretz Yisrael ----- פניה ליהדות הדתית בארצו

הארגונים של היהודים הדתיים בארה"ב הם רבי השפעה. יש צורך גדול לעורר אותם, שלא יישבו חלילה בחיבוק ידיים, בעת שממשלתם שלהם מפעילה לחץ גדול על אחיהם כאן בישראל, לקבל עקרון של הקמת מדינה זרה - פלשתינית - בתוככי גבולות ההבטחה. אנא, חתום כאן והעבר הלאה, כדי שאותם ארגונים שהקימו היהודים הדתיים בארה"ב, כדוגמת אגודת ישראל, אמונה, אמי"ת, חב"ד, ישראל הצעיר, השדרן נחום סג"ל, ועוד, לא יחרישו אלא יתחזקו להרים קולם - קולה של תורה - נגד הלחץ הגדול שמפעילה ארצם על ממשלתנו, להקים חס וחלילה "מדינה פלשתינית" בארץ ישראל.


We call upon each of you to express and promote a clear message, sent by Jews who are committed to the Torah, AGAINST a Palestinian State in the Land of Israel -- as exemplified in Annapolis, the Roadmap and the Saudi "peace" plan. We implore you to fulfill your responsibility toward the public and to fellow community and political leaders in what is commonly called Zikui Harabim. This can be accomplished with a public display of concern about the Land of Israel that is relevant in timing and content to current events and not merely lip service.

The United States, a country of great stature and power of in which each of you have considerable influence, errs in pushing for a Palestinian State in Judea and Samaria. Just like the Korban Pesach, the sacrificial lamb, openly defied the Egyptian G-d of worship, so too Jews the world over, and, most especially, influential American Jewish public affairs and media organizations, must openly deplore plans promoted by the United States which clearly imply a total repudiation and forceable elimination of Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria as was in the case in Gaza.

Our entitlement to the Land of Israel is G-d given. Declare to the world vocally, that you as Torah Leaders of Bnei Yisrael, the descendants of Yaakov Avinu, do not reject our Biblical birthright as did Esav and therefore do reject a Palestinian State. Please also inform your congregations that you greatly encourage financial and all kinds of support to strengthen settlement of the entire Land of Israel in view of the delineated boundaries of the Land of Israel which are specified in Parshat Masei as being part of the Jewish entitlement.
