To: Staff and Management of EA and Club Pogo
As members of Club Pogo, we the undersigned wish EA and Club Pogo to consider the following:
As prepaid subscribers and members of Club Pogo, we implore an
improvement in service. We are justifiably tired of not being able to
get onto the games site, getting booted from games room, having our
games freeze and losing tokens or ranks because of the lack of servers
available.
We are sure there must be a way for you to keep track of the number of
memberships acquired and AOL customers signing up, and adjust the number of servers accordingly so we may continue to enjoy the experience we are paying for.
Any customer service-oriented industry knows that keeping repeat
customers happy is paramount to staying in business. Through repeat
customers, you ensure that guest memberships are being passed on and that "word of mouth" advertising is favourable.
While the introduction of new games and personal challenges is new and interesting, they are moot if we are unable to gain access to the game site to enjoy them. It is akin to opening a new store,ordering
varied and lovely merchandise and locking the doors so the customers cannot get inside to shop.
Please consider how you can provide a more pleasant and pleasurable service to all of your members so we may continue to enjoy the Club Pogo experience.

consider our requests for the enhancement of all Club members' enjoyment.
