Animal cruelty considered oriental art: Kittens in jars

The people running this site [bonsaikitten.com] seem to believe that the procedure of keeping kittens in a jar and 'shaping' them into whatever shape 'you want them to' is a work of art and a cultural tradition in China and Japan, which is very false: they have bonsai plants, not bonsai kittens.
This petition's purposes are not only to stop these people from doing this 'art', as they call it, but also to try to create a law concerning Chinese art. The other purpose is to have the webmaster and the people that work at the site arrested for animal cruelty. For example, in their guestbook, whenever someone objects to their site, they seem to act like it's completely acceptable. (the process, not the objection)
One of the procedures they practice is the use of superglue to swell the anus: they call it 'hygiene', I call it 'torture.' Also, in other replies to the guestbook, they say that this 'practice' is a tradition in Japan and China. Maybe in feudal times, but not now.
In closing, I must state this: What if you were stuck in a jar for the rest of your life, couldn't have friends, and didn't have any emotions except for isolation and pain? How would you feel about that? Would you feel GOOD about it? Or would you be extremely upset that you weren't able to socialize at all? That is what the website that I've typed this petition about practices: the keeping of innocent animals without any idea of what they're about to do in jars just so they'd 'look beautiful just like bonsai plants from China and Japan.'
However, this petition will likely fall on deaf ears, as people are ignoring the suffering of innocent animals who have no clue about what's happening, or what will happen to them. I, and many others, want these people punished for the torture of these animals. This must stop!
