Dear Sirs,
I am a Brazilian macaddict and I am ready to pay for a product which is even nine times more expensive than any competitor just for the privileges of using Apple's computers. I am also ready to pay for the importation fees anytime a small repair or an upgrade is required. Unfortunately the great majority of computer users of Brazil do not agree with me. They rather choose to buy PC's just because they are cheaper and actually the offering of hardware pieces and pieces replacement, accessories and support is bigger than Macs offer. I even know Mac users that have been buying PCs for the same reason!
I believe that if components like mouses, keyboards, video cards, cases, batteries, adapters and many other products were manufactured in Brazil by Apple, they would be more affordable and that would fulfill some of the basic needs of your Brazilian costumers. Meanwhile, if Apple cannot provide this service to the Brazilian market, I suggest Apple to give brazilian companies license to produce hardware pieces and pieces replacements. That would certainly enhance my satisfaction and trust for your company and that would stimulates even more PC consumers to switch and buy Apple computers too.
Seizing the opportunity, I would much appreciate if Apple could imitate the example left by several business like Dell, ASUS, FIC, LG, TCE, Sony, and many others multinational companies that THINK DIFFERENT and have industrial facilities in Brazil. Corporations that believe in my country and invested here providing an excellent set of services to their costumers.

Yes, I may live in Norway, but I travel to Brazil alot. Brazil has an import taax of 50\%, and therefore macs will be at least twice as expensive as they are in Norway. And In Norway we actually get alot higher revenues. So this is a brilliant idea.
