Moderators of TVcom, we wish to speak to you, peacefully and in a wise manor through this petition amoung other things.
Though we respect your works, we must address our complaints on some matters.
Most of us hail from the Avatar: The Last Airbender Forums, forums which seem to be very heavily moderated.
During our time there, we have noticed a few things in the last few months. You have been banning many users which are respectable and notably kind and wise posters. Of these is who was known as the "Mother of the Forum:" Lisa. This upset many of our users, as Lisa had never done anything wrong, and in fact the only reason she was banned was due to a hacker entering her account in order to get her banned.
Also, it seems many of us are getting TOS Violations, Suspensions, or even Ban for things which do not deserve that level of punishment, or are totally invalid claims. For instance, I, the creator of this thread, was suspended for simple replying to a trollish thread with an emoticon. I can understand suspending the user whom made the thread, however I see no reason in susupending me, as I only replyed.
There are many other instances as mine, it seems wrong to suspend/ban a person and would seem like a better deal to simply give a warning or a loss of points.
We wish to change the forums so that everyone, moderator or user, can be happy. We wish to solve this problem in a well thoughtout and wise manor, while helping to keep peace in the forums without having users to go back to trolling once again.
Please, heed our word, and listen to our complaints, as they matter very highly for the well being of the Avatar forum, amoung others.

I support this. I know from first hand experience what everyone is going through, as I was suspended with no previous moderations for simply quoting a picture. The picture was a protest to Viacom on their suit against Youtube. Viacom recently purchased CN

God, the mods annoy me so much. They act like they are almighty, one tried to threaten the Avatar fourms, and they ban good, thoughtful, non-noob users!
