Ban on Mouthshut.com - Down with hypocrisy!

This is a petition against the management behind the site www.mouthshut.com, their CEO Mr. Faisal Farooqui, their Member Head of Support - Aarti Kapoor, and a Member with username - Amrita, (whose profile can be found under
http://www.mouthshut.com/user/amrita.html).
Mouthshut.com is a consumer info based wesbite, where people come to read reviews ondifferent products and services or give advices on products to others. Members on this site can use their M2M feature, that allows member of the site to E-Mail another member of the site.This site requires not only that you agree to their shallow Terms of Agreement, but retains all rights to your online privacy while you are on MS. Also, all m2m email contents are monitored and altered to suit Mouthshut.com's needs.
In addition, Mouthshut.com is also biased and a hypocritical organization. Their terms of service doesn't apply to everyone fairly or equally, thereby meaning that all members on the site are NOT treated equally nor fairly. Most of their rules and regulations are shallow, and don't apply to a certain member named Amrita.
Mouthshut.com continuosly violates its own terms of agreement, rules and regulations to suit few of their own favorite members, especially with member Amrita. Amrita has all rights on the Mouthshut team to demean, insult and invade other people's personal privacy by sending them abusive M2M emails. When someone replies her or the Mouthshut.com team against her, you are immediately flagged and your account is disabled without any warnings, prenomition, discussion with the member, et al.
Mouthshut.com does not deem it important to sort any matter of controversy with both the parties involved. Infact, you can create as many fake ids as you wish,complain against a member in good standing and Mouthshut.com team will still flag that good member. Their absolute lack of professionalism is further enhanced when the members try to know what happened and they are replied with a curt mail saying "No further correspondence will be entertained".
Mouthshut.com does NOT follow its own terms of service. According to its TOS, here is what happens when a complaint against a member comes up:

"MouthShut is extremely earnest about keeping the site clean. We consider violations of Terms of Services, member harassment, and any other forms of abuse to be cardinal sins. A first time errant is warned with a blue flag. If the aberrant member continues to violate the Terms of Service he/she is given a red flag, thereby implying that the members access to MouthShutis disabled.
Warned once. Please straighten your act!
Serious Violation. Account disabled.
A member who receives a red flag, loses all MS-Points"
However Mouthshut.com may choose to disable all your completely WITHOUT even
(a) Giving you a warning via email
(b) Finding out what happened between both parties
(c) Disabling your account without giving any explanations to the concerned user.
(d) Giving a proper explanation of termination of USER rights without reason.
In a consumer based forum, You as a "USER" is contributing the MOST towards the growth of the website in terms of number of hits, rankings, revenue. The success of the site is simply measured by number of members a consumer based forum has, and its member's contribution. Sites like epinions.com, ciao.co.uk, dooyoo.co.uk or Mouthshut.com thrive on consumer interaction, because that is the only way they stay in business. In such a situation, when there is an extreme step taken against a member who, infact has been in good standing throughout, the company or the organization taking the extreme step HAS NO RIGHT to deny the cause and details of the extreme step.
However mouthshut.com does not believe in such policies. While, still a consumer forum site, they don't have the slightest respect or concern for their members. A member HAS ALL RIGHTS to know for any action taken against his account, because he is the SOLE CONTRIBUTOR to the site and its wellness. However Mouthshut refuses to not only acknowledge member questions, but also sends them emails saying no further correspondence will be accepted.
In addition, in spite of being a consumer forum website, consumer or the user / members have the least amount of freedom of expression on Mouthshut.com. Members are allowed to create a profile with their interests and "about me" section to let the world know about them. However the contents of the both the sections are monitored constantly by Mouthshut and re-written to suit their needs.
Their Terms of Service as on August 21st 2004, states this:
"5. Termination: MouthShut.com may terminate your use of the site immediately if (a) you breach any element of this Agreement, (b) you infringe upon the intellectual property rights of a third party, or (c) MouthShut.com is unable to verify any registration information you provide. Alternatively, in such circumstances, MouthShut.com may take some lesser remedies, such as hiding the display of some or all of your Content or suspending your account. If you want to terminate your account, email [email protected] MouthShut.com may choose to assume that you intended to terminate your account if you do not access it for more than 3 months. Following termination, at its sole option, MouthShut.com may remove some or all of your Content from the site or leave it available for public review. "
The termination clause cannot legally DENY any Member who WANTS TO KNOW why HE HAS BEEN TERMINATED. Moreover, TOS does NOT even describe exactly what Mouthshut.com describes as Violation of their TOS. This is grossly unacceptable. TOS can change in future to suit company's needs, but deeds done as of today (August 21st 2004) and before, do NOT count.
This petition is to AWARE and EDUCATE people about Mouthshut.com and its HYPOCRITICAL policies and Lack of Professional Attitude towards its Users / Members. Such websites should not only be BANNED, but also CLOSED down as they are unethical, do not preach FREEDOM of
SPEECH, and do NOT SHOW respect to the single largest contributor to its site - the USER.

Mouth Shut is partial. They do not confirm posted by members against Service Providers. It is their duty to confirm the case / incident with the Service Provider. MS has no right to violate anybodys entity on their own. Discussion Forums on one to one ba

As a present member, I've noticed that 100's of old ones for whom the site was alive, have left now. Many great writers like suyog, spookaay, premjit, etc... who wrote wonderful reviews before I joined, have left the place for the better.
