Ban religious uniforms in psychiatry

Who agrees that religious unforms should be banned in pyschiatry?

Uniforms make a barrier to trust between patients and doctors, especially where one would reasonably be expected to see emotionally distressed people.

If religious uniforms form a barrier to trust, patients do not give their history,without history no diagnosis, thus catholic nun employed as a social worker would be handicapped in her ability to work.

Psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses don't wear white coats or nursing uniforms. Wearing of uniform in psychiatric setting is associated with poorer compliance with treatment, more violence and more self harm.
