This petition is for legal citizens of the State of California, with
state identification or state drivers license.
In times of near water shortage to announce and have private
houses, and mass transit bus use machine vehicle washers instead of
drive-way hand wash vehicles at home.
Such gas station car washers, home pressure washers, mr.clean car
wash.
The only exception would be vehicles that cannot fit in machine vehicle
wash stations, or with vechile attachments. Regardless of the cost of the
vehicle.
Such devices help save conserve water, in times of water shortages.
