In an effort to increase the popularity and atmosphere of the Varsity Grill, we propose that beer should be served on Friday and Saturday nights between the hours of 9pm-1am to those who are 21 years of age and older. We agree that the checking of I.D.s will be strictly enforced and minors will not be served.
