Billy was then and is now a kind, loving, loyal, wonderful friend, brother, son, husband and father.
Billy and his family and supporters will wait no longer to have thier voices heard, we want that Pardon!
Billy was scapegoated by those in power with more money than Billy could ever fight. He did No wrong.
Billy helped fight with and for those that could not fight alone for themselves.
