As American Patriots, we welcome immigrants into the U.S. through the legal route. We recognize that the U.S. is the most desireable Country in the World to live in. The American dream spawns thirst for people all over the Globe.
However, being here illegally is a crime. That you desire to be here doesn't excuse you from a crime. There are roughly 12 MILLION people here illegally. 500,000 illegal immigrants cross our borders every year. This has to end. Illegal immigrants get benefits, such as health care. That same health care, you and I have to pay for, AND, if you get sick and don't have it, you don't GET it.
By signing this petition, we are saying the following:
A) We disagree that immigrants should be granted amnesty, just because they're here. This will open up a whole new can of worms.
B) We welcome you if you go through the process, otherwise, we wish you to return to your Country.
C) We're telling the Officials that regardless of how many protest, it shouldn't sway an opinion and action to do what is right.
D) We're telling/asking the officials to butch up about tagging businesses that hire illegals to work for cheaper wages. Also, asking, why hasn't this been done already!
This has been an issue for YEARS. Why is it just now even being looked at? I'm not asking you to take a day off of work, I am just asking you to sign a petition. Its very easy. Upon signatures, we will send this to Washington, D.C.
Sidenote: This isn't intended to be hateful, at ALL. Please, if you opine herein, do it intelligently, as we hope to be taken seriously.

There is a reason we have a process to follow.... Every other immigrant is required to follow those procedure but because you can walk over here should not be a reason to ignore the rules....
