Bring back Black Money deposited in Swiss Bank

We all know that a lot of Indian Politicians and Businessmen, who have illegally earned and deposited black money in Swiss banks (List of enclosed). I request you to investigate and find the wolf in sheep's clothing. I request Income tax department & C.B.I to investigate against the people who are have their black money deposited in foreign Banks. I don't understand what our Intelligence department are doing.
