Bring back WestJet direct flights between Saskatchewan cities and Winnnipeg

As many Western Canadians will know, especially those of us living in Saskatchewan, Westjet cut direct flights between Saskatoon and Winnipeg and Saskatoon and Regina in May 2009. This means that travellers who want to fly Westjet between these cities have to take a detour to Calgary and transfer, which inevitably adds several hours to what should basically be a one-hour flight. Air Canada still does offer direct flights between these cities, but as many Canadians know, Westjet service is generally superior and more reliable, except in this instance. Also, there is no guarantee that Air Canada will not also cut these routes. Westjet's cutting of these important prairie routes is both ridiculous, and an affront to the prairie cities that they were founded to serve.

The undersigned respectfully request that Westjet reinstate the Saskatoon-Winnipeg and Regina-Winnipeg direct flights.
