This petition is an appeal to the Irish people and Taoiseach Enda Kenny from
Eanna O Cochlain a retired nurse trapped in Philippines for almost 4 years. Eanna was found in possesion of 0.38 grams of Cannabis and is awaiting trial in the Phillipine Supreme Court. It is likely, when this trial goes ahead, that he will receive a prison sentence of up to 14 years. Eanna has said he will go on hunger strike immediately in prison if this happens.
