Bring IKEA to London, Ontario, Canada

We, the undersigned make the following statement:

For years, the city of London, Canada has been filled with rumours of an IKEA store coming to our city. For years, we have been disappointed, as other locations in Canada and North America have been selected for new store openings for IKEA.

We believe IKEA could benefit from opening a store in London, Ontario Canada. Take a look at a few facts from the London (Ontario) Economic Development Council:

*London is the geographic centre of Southwestern Ontario. Over 150 million people live within a days drive of our city

*We are less than a two-hour drive from Windsor/Buffalo and Detroit.

*We are strategically located on highways 401 and 402. Highways that connect to the United States and to communities in Southwestern Ontario

*More than 34,000 students come to London each academic year to pursue post-secondary activities at the University of Western Ontario, Fanshawe College and more than 20 private vocational schools in the area.

We believe the time for IKEA is now! Please consider bringing IKEA to London, Ontario, CANADA!
