This petition is intended to not only serve my constituents, but to fuel explosive growth in viewership of your advertisers most coveted demographic: Addicted online gamblers with plenty of spare time.
If successful, this petition will help launch a new type of primetime programming. Whilst falling under the "reality" segment, the proposed show will focus on a topic that has previously received attention from small internet based poker forums (UnitedPokerForum.Com). It is the belief of the undersigned that "Monkey Poker" will not only add sizeable viewership for the CBS network, but will educate and entertain Americans about a new style of poker that will inevitably sweep the nation.
Monkey Poker, established in early 2004 by an intoxicated moron named Megapopular, has rapidly gained public acclaim due to it's unique approach to the world of online poker. Part alcoholism, part ridiculousness, part retardation, Monkey Poker fills a void that currently exists between today's poker programming and the driving force of corporate conservatism.
