This is a petition to bring the licking back!
It has been noted that many fans of the new Dr Who series are seriously disgruntled by the lack of licking. Dr Who was an incessant licker, but the writer's seemed to have forgotten this.
The Dr Who fen DEMAND that you write the Dr consistently, and to do this you must bring the licking BACK!
