Bring The Stranglers to Vancouver!

Seeing the turnouts at my recent local Stranglers Tribute, (The Manglers) Ex Strangler Hugh Cornwell's repeated sold out shows here (the last one a huge success at the Venue with Clem Burke on drums) was a sign that Vancouverites will come out in droves to see the band that defined tasteful "punk" back in the day and and continue to tour Europa to sell out crowds. It's been far too long since they've crossed the "pond" and the new material is stellar. Let's show them they are wanted here in a city that's seen Blondie, The Zombies, Devo, Joan Jett, Cheap Trick, Gang of Four, Killing Joke, The Damned, Sex Pistols and scads of others play totally successful gigs here.
