In the popular MMORPG MapleStory, Air Bubbles (an item used in Aqua Road to keep the gamer from losing HP while underwater) have the connotation of creating a bubble-like form around the character to create a Bubble Girl or a Bubble Boy. However, this is not the case -- it simply tells you that you are using the item without changing your outward appearance.
