Ever since Cox took over, there've been many outages which vary from few minutes to 3 days. The speed has decreased too, though not terribly slow or like DSL, @home was definitely faster.

After AT&T became my cable ISP, the speeds and up-time have been worse. It seems to me that AT&T has received tons of complains, yet they just ignore them.
