Canadian Juniors

Talented Kids all across Canada long for their one chance at stardom... Canadians proved their gifts when we held Canadian Idol. Canadian Idol was a show that brought high ratings as well as showed Canada's talents! But, as Canadian kids, we believe that we deserve a chance at fame too! American kids had their chance last summer when they aired the series "American Juniors". What we are proposing is a different version of this show... Canadian Juniors! We believe that Canadian Television (CTV) would especially benefit from airing this show, and so would Canadians young, old AND in between!

The American Juniors series allowed kids aged 6 to 13 to audition and be moved on to a final 20, where America voted through 10 competitors. From that top 10, the five most voted-for kids formed a singing group. We can guarantee that thousands of kids will try out to become a part of this incredible, life-changing experience. There's really nothing to lose, but a lot to gain... We can see where Ryan Malcolm is now. He went from a small town boy to a World Idol competitor. And we can also see the five American Juniors, how they are growing in popularity. We feel the same would happen in Canada!

One change from the American version we believe would be helpful is a slight age change. We believe that 14-15 year olds are stuck in the middle of "Junior" and "Idol". Teens of these ages cannot audition for the Juniors (judging that this petition will create one) and cannot audition for the Idol show. We feel that this is unfair to these teens, and would request a slight change, which would not cause much problem.

Canadian Juniors will definitely start something big in Canada. The talent that we have will make a hit group, guaranteed! We only need your help by airing this show, creating a path to stardom for kids with big hopes and big dreams... Thank you very much for your time and thank you to all those who signed our petition!
