Ne numim o capitala europeana? Capitala europeana de unde, daca nu reusim nici macar sa trasam doua dungi pe marginea drumului, care sa se numeasca pista de biciclete? Cum putem sa ne numim capitala europeana fara pista pentru biciclete?


Foarte multe persoane care circula cu bicicleta prin Bucuresti au probleme in trafic, fiind nevoiti sa circule pe trotuar printre oameni sau chiar pe strada pe langa masini. Asa ceva este inacceptabil.


Pistele pentru biciclete sunt un necesar! Trebuie facut ceva!
