Do you remember Captain Placeholder? The nice elf that helped you get from menethil to darkshore? Now he is gone and once again the boat is working properly.
In rain and snow (even though there wasn't any dynamic weather function), raid and death. He was there for us. No matter how many times you were ganked by an undead rogue, or how many paladins ganged up on you, he was there. To lead you to a better tomorrow, far away on another continent.
Well, we miss him. After all he did for us while the ship was sent to maintenance i think you should give him his own little spot in the tavern. Let him hang around in Menethil, so we can tell the new players "Theres good ol' placeholder, i rememeber the days when i sailed with him".
All we ask is for an additional npc placed in Menethil, an npc with great historical value for the whole World of Warcraft community.
