Change America's Foreign Policy

Dear President Bush,

I know that half the country elected you to a second term and I know that you won in a fair fight but I also know the country still needs change to occur. I support you as my President but I need you to understand that this war in Iraq must be peacefully resolved. I beg of you to take a peaceful approach to dealing with Iraq and to use peaceful, democratic tactics in the future when dealing with what you view as a threat. The United Nations did not lie to you when they said the sanctions were working on Iraq, you have to learn to trust them in the future.

We have signed because we want change. We are unhappy with the way this administration handles foreign policy. We have no right to attack other countries when we dont even have stability in our own. Thousands are starving, without healthcare, and without work and yet you feel we are in the superior position to invade and change another country. Using force and starting a war is not the way to help a country. War is the most final resort, taking the life of another is not in our hands. Stop looking at what other countries need and please look at us. Please look at your people, at your own country and see that we need help here. We need real education, health care, jobs, and stability. We need to stop before it is too late. Do not lie to the American people anymore; we insist on the truth. We want your attention and we demand change.
