Change of softball for State of South Dakota

As a player, manager, and president of a Brookings city softball league under the guidance of South Dakota ASA softball, I am circulating this petition as a method to affect a change in the type of softball used for all South Dakota ASA sanctioned tournament play. I do not want to compete using the Wilson/Demarini 44 core, .375 compression Razzo softball anymore and recommend finding another 44 core, .375 compression softball as a replacement. The following players within the state of South Dakota have signed their names and provided contact information in agreement with my proposal. I will be presenting our proposal at the 2007 South Dakota ASA Spring meetings in Pierre, SD on January 27-28th.

No question the Demarini ball is a "practice-only" ball, in my opinion. Inconsistent feel and often mush over 85 degrees.
