Changing Total Disability Laws for the Terminally Ill.

I am writing on behalf of my now deceased husband and for all people who are facing terminal illness. My goal is to change the law on total disability for any person facing a life threatening disease such as my husband had. My main purpose is to change the law to shorten the waiting period on total disability so that a person with a terminal illness may enjoy their last months. Charlie was my brother and I feel the law needs to be changed it's a sin that America's work all their lives and when they get sick they have to worry about bills due to the fact that Disability takes forever to get a check to the Terminally ill.
