Charazay Basketball Manager

Dear community of Basketball Manager Charazay,

on April 11th my account got banned together with another guy from my country. They were accusing us that we cheated.

Thing is, I always put my players for really high prices, thinking someone may make a mistake a buy them. That guy (whoever he is, I just know he is from my country) bought one player for 4,000,000 cash and 2 other for 200,000 and 400,000.

I managed to get in touch with him. My friend adi001 (charazay nickname and nickname on charazay community forums) contacted him on ex-yugoslavia Charazay fans forum (http://www.ex-yu-cbm.com/). He is new player to game and my friend guided him in game. He got his MSN out there. I talked to him on MSN (I can provide MSN adress) and he explained me how he bought my players. When he gets from work he usualy checks his e-mail and his new game account, Charazay account. When his wife comes from work he goes to drink coffee with her. He has 8 years old son who sits with his father when father is playing Charazay. He didn't sign out and his kid was messing around on Charazay and apparently was on my team page. My players were for sale since it was off-season. So that's how he bought my players.

I provided all of the information above to [email protected] but I got just e-mails that I'm lieing and stuff like that. I told them to check IPs of me and that other player but they said nothing about that. Usualy, people use IP to prove something like this whether it's MMORPG game, this web-game or anything. I'm very disappointed in customer support in this game and I hope this public petition will do something... This is only game I play because it doesn't require much free time, which I don't have ALOT.
