Chicago Curfew Law

Dear Chicago City Council,

This petition regards the passing of your new law about curfew. We do not agree with it and we demand that you repeal it. Your law is as follows:
An adult must accompany anyone under the age of 16 after 8pm. In addition, kids cannot be in groups of more than 4 kids without an adult before 8pm. Any youth found in violation of the law will be suspended from school for a week, be forced to do 100 hours of community service, and pay a $50 fine. Their parents will have to pay a $250 fine.
