To help meet the current budget shortfall announced by the superintendant on 2/17/2009, and in the best interests of our students, the undersigned employees of the Clay County District Schools are requesting that the union and school board strongly consider cutting all salaries, wages and bonuses by an amount not to exceed 10\%, for every employee of the school district, in lieu of terminating current employees.
