Close The Upper Kop At Prenton Park

Something URGENTLY needs to be done about the atmosphere at Prenton Park, we all know it for a fact. LR will not give the Sheds back, so there is only 1 viable alternative, close the top half of the Kop, this would bring
1) Lower Stewarding costs and possibly lower Policing costs.
2) Concentration of fans to sing and back the lads
3 Would look a lot better than everyone spaced out all over the shop.
As said something drastic needs to be done, so if we go to LR and suggest it, would you as a fan back the closing of the upper Kop ????
Let's get back to the good old days of constant singing & giving the team the support that they deserve.
