The studios and production team should disclose if the show produced was filmed in 3D or not. A movie filmed in 2D and converted to 3D is not a true 3D film at all. If it is not filmed with a 3D camera then it is not a 3D film. And seasoned movie-goers can see the difference. Not every object leaps out at them.
We feel this information should be included in the trailers and promotion of the film. Fans of 3D cinema should not be looking online to find out if what they are seeing is a true 3D production or not. This information should also be on a movie poster.
For the price of a movie ticket, it should be set so viewers get the value they expect. The price to go see a regular 2D and converted films to 3D should remain nearly the same to each other, and a fully realized 3D production should no doubt cost more to see.
