The Chicago Cubs are an organization rooted in tradition. As one of the oldest franchises in Major League Baseball, the Cubs endured generations of baseball. However, for nearly the past 100 years, our beloved Cubs have been the most plagued organiztion in the baseball world. And although decades of heartbreak have not destroyed the Cub nation, the patience of the nations is running thin.
This organization is currently in the midst of a terrible season, and nothing has been done aid the failing team. Management makes excuses to try to escape the problem, but the act is getting tired. Therefore as loyal Cub fans, we are demanding a change.
We are sick of seeing this organization stand pat while we persist as the laughing stock of the league. Things are getting unbearable, and that is why a new regime needs to be put in place. Whether it be a change of the coaching staff, or a new group of players being brought in, something needs to be done.

I'm sure management and sadly too many Cub fans will somehow blame Sammy for this. Damn him, all he did is perform, give 100\% for more than a decade. I would like to see that pride on this team from just one player.
