The petition is too customize emergency services training, rescue and prevention services to the environment per County due to the weather environment or land area itself.
This is to help, lower different counties over 100 miles away from asking for help, when with effective training the situation can be handled.
Apparently there is a problem if city fire workers fight fires in forest areas, or airports. City fire workers might be trained in chemical fires or electrical fires where such things do not exist in forest, desert, or mountain park areas. Including during certain times of day or year where the workers need to wear cold weather clothing to hot weather clothing. And the tools alone to survive does change. Sunburn is usually avoid by clothing, but not heavy cold weather clothing. Such persons are not expected to be vehicle mechanics, phone operators, or computer users. Custom machine controls could be made for the specific industry.
