Dan Cloutier Must Go

With the understanding that Dan Cloutier has signed a contract worth $2.5 million dollars a year, we request that the management of the Vancouver Canucks not further hurt the organization by keeping this player on the team. We truly believe that the Vancouver Canucks have less to lose by simply writing off the $2.5 million in salary than keeping him around to ruin our chances of winning the Stanley Cup. Dan Cloutier is the biggest stumbling block to our success. He consistently buckles whenever faced with challenge or pressure. No team can win a Stanley Cup with a mediocre goalie. We may continue racking up points and winning divisions, but until we find a goalie that can take the heat, we arent going anywhere.

Please Dave Nonis, redeem youself. You threw away $2.5 million on someone who does not deserve to be a Canuck. Please do not waste another season giving this average goaltender another chance to be great. Please Dave Nonis, trade Dan Cloutier or bench him.
